Movement Accountability (Movement of Choice) – Movement should never feel like punishment. it’s a way to connect with your body, release stress, and build energy. I support you in staying consistent with movement that feels good for you, whether that’s walking, yoga, strength training, or anything in between. Alongside this, we can also explore somatic-based movement practices, which are powerful tools to help your body release stored emotions, calm your nervous system, and create space for deeper healing.
